SCIGAMA annotates the functions of microorganisms based on different annotation databases. In SCIGAMA, users can view the functions of this group of microorganisms after spinal cord injury according to different locations and time points. In the navigation bar on the home page, hover your mouse over Microbiome, and SCIGAMA will pop up a sub-bar. Click Function Annotation, and SCIGAMA will jump to a new page.

Results display

SCIGAMA displays the functional annotation of microorganisms in the selected group using a bar chart. The functional status is represented by relative abundance. Functions are divided into several major categories, each marked with a different color.
